Recipe of chocolate icecream
Here's a simple recipe for homemade chocolate ice cream:
### Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (optional)
### Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and cocoa powder over medium heat until the mixture is well combined and begins to simmer.
2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
3. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. You can speed up the process by placing the saucepan in an ice bath.
4. Once cooled, cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
